PTQ changes Empty PTQ changes

So WOTC announced a fourth pro tour and has said the extra ptq season will be limited. I don't know about you guys but I am fairly certain this makes for another season where I will be looking to t8 rather than scrape a win or 2 in the x-4 bracket. Please teach me how to show up with my own crads for constructed.
